I saw a robot collecting shopping carts ay my local Walmart. His name tag read Gus. Part of the new stockman 2030 prototypes. The one thing that concerned me, was that he was humming the theme song from The Terminator!
Not just Opportunity rated associates. Some definitely of course, but I know folks who were let go where that was not the case.
It is people who received opportunity rating at last performance eval. Across many orgs, business, tech, etc
