Our leadership has never sat where we sit. They don't know what it takes to get things done. They don't understand why certain things take as long as they do. They're completely disconnected from the reality of the people who actually do the work.

@xv DEI robots are put in place because they thought they would never have power. Now that they have it, they do whatever to act in favor of their superiors. Also, they finally get to exact their feelings on all the people who “held them back” It’s all by design, get out while you can and open your own company doing whatever.
Tone deaf as well. It does not matter to leadership that us plebs are drowning in the rising costs of fuel/food/you name it, no adjustments. Dragging us into the orifice for the same work that we do better at home.

After listening to Joe Russo call yesterday it is evident that Verizon’s doesn’t respect t the talent they have and will do anything to cut costs even if it means creating an unhealthy work environment. It fnyou are a talented employee with experience don’t wait look outside the company. Verizon does not deserve you ifnl they don’t care or appreciate the talent pool they have.
