Why wouldn’t it ?! New jobs they’re hiring for say bonus eligible
@av maybe netflix doesn't provide a bonus, but their base salary is like 2.5x what paramount gives.
@OP I think it’s a little early to speculate on this, but I don’t see any reason why they wouldn’t still offer it. They already lost the recruiting edge with RTO and if they did away with STIP, they would literally be the only media or tech company that doesn’t offer it, with the exception of Netflix. And as much as DE might envision us as competing with Netflix, that is a laughable comparison.
