Coming from someone who works in a corporate store. We are given high quotas and if we don’t hit those quotas we will be reprimanded. We stop fraud from happening and then the fraud department pushes it through. We have customer care tell customers we can do stuff that we never have done because they want to get off the phone. Inside sales takes sales from us and lies to them and then the customer comes in complaining wanting us to fix the issue after the inside rep got a 5 line sale for doing nothing but lying. We are the only corporate store in a 2-3 hours radius for a lot of customers. The indirect stores will just lie to customers and push the customer to corporate store after taking money from the customer. The strategy from Dan is failing because of horrible training and saying sc--w the rural customers.

The amount of times I’ve tried to save these accounts is scary. Nothing but lies and intimidation from these losers.
