Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Layoff - output

Does anyone know someone who landed at another CPG, bottler, or Celsius? Of those who took the pkg, any of them upset or unhappy?

Dividend paying publicly traded company.

It’s not great.

Pepsi is more disorganized than 95% of companies. You will get blamed for process issues.

Landed outside of PBC and am suddenly relieved of what felt like a straight-jacket of tension …

The culture of sc--wing-over customers, while not unique to PepsiCo, is not as pervasive as you think

PepsiCo is a fantastic “experience”. In the same sense that prison also is a fantastic experience.

You’re hardened for life and likely will never suffer like you did while you did your time.

Landed outside of CPG — and honestly, it’s been refreshing. You get the opportunity to learn something completely new while still getting paid, with less unnecessary pressure and greater appreciation for the actual value you deliver.
