I had a loudspeaker submission about having folks WFH temporarily due to soaring gas prices. The idea being if gas is $5, $6, $7, etc then employees are taking a paycut just to get into the office but employees would return when the market stabilized. It was auto-declined.

India and California are heavily dependent on middle east oil. the rest of the US isnt.

Newsome wont ask Californians to WFH, and anyway we are trying to exit high cost places like SF.

We will all have to work from Dallas and Charlotte soon lol.
