Has anyone recently been impacted by WFR? Asking because since the implementation of ODW, it feels like the redundancy efforts may have started. Trying to understand if others are seeing similar developments across teams or locations.

I'll echo what others have said. The list for ppl getting layed off in the 2nd qtr is made at tbe begging of the first qtr. Dell literally let's you work the entire qtr knowing that they are sacking you at the beginning of the next qtr.
which departments were WFRed
Layoffs don't work like that dude. Especially not with companies with 90k+ employees lol. ODW launched last Monday. Anyone and everyone who has been let go since were let go because they were already on a "list" a few months ago.
Realistically, people aren't just "laid off" at a whim. ODW went live May 4th and those who have been laid off since were already on a list 2-3 months ago.
When companies such as Dell, or large corps like Dell, lay people off... it's not wi--y nilly. Paperwork has to be processed. It has to go through HR and legal to make sure it's valid and legal, it has to go through executives and etc... first.
So, everyone who's been laid off since ODW were already getting laid off regardless of ODW is my point here. Their paperwork was already processed months ago and approved by HR, legal and execs.
Getting FIRED, on the other hand is an entirely different scenario though.
No but, my org doesn't rely on ODW at all so... For most of us it straight up just replaced Workday and that's it
Plenty on LinkedIn
