Thread regarding Mattel Inc. layoffs

What wasn't the big 2023 4th quarter toy for Mattel?

There is nothing worse than walking through a big box retailer and seeing so little of your companies product on the shelves. It feels even worse when the stock dips once again below $20. Yawn and lickydicky need to be shown the door already. We need leadership that knows how to actually lead a company, and not pose like an aged haggard runway model sitting on their laurels.

Nonsense, earnings aren't even out yet for Q4. I expect Mattel to beat expectations, look for the stock to move higher next week post earnings call.

nah, that’s marketing BS spin. We barely get 2’ for our product brands at retail, the days of getting an 8’ planograms are dead. Selling out of 2’ of space is like ki----g babies in a fisher-price rock n play. it’s too easy & sad.

The reason you see so little of your companies product on the shelves is because it's selling like hotcakes. This is a good thing dude. In reality the last thing you want to see is tons of inventory sitting around on store shelves.
