Is Chuck happy with leadership?

I am happy with the leadership.
@OP they are surrounded by id--ts, when they talk to real people who.operate in the real world they get it but the cocoon of the C SUITE world creates clones and echo chamber merchants. The first forray in AI was pathetic. Steinhauser in near panic cobbled together iron claw for the employee all hands as they admitted Joule has been a shambles full stop. He is not a credible person he arrived at the employee kick off meeting festooned in skiing gear and made his direct reports do the same.
These guys spent billions getting rid of people and we still have the same.HC total.
@px They all got to their positions through strokes of good luck like all people at the top. But they are all too stupid to realise and so act as if they hold the position out of their own genius and think that alone is enough to drive their companies forward so being an arseh0le is fine
@pj Agreed.
If I look at personalities such as Musk, Altman, Ellison, Bezos or Zuckerberg, our leaders are mediocre at best when it comes to management, especially people management. But they are not as nasty as these other clowns I listed.
They are not perfect but also nowhere near as bad as is claimed here.
Be fair.
@fr I don't think will have to. Apparently many people I know are still happy will management and voted positively. Talks about accountability and share price are frowned upon. So I politely have lunch with them and keep my thoughts to myself. Otherwise they will know it's me giving bad unfiltered reviews.
@OP I'm not happy but I am content. I was able to move into a new area Signavio and we successfully replaced their entire management with ours. RSU grants for acquisition employees were moved to long-term SAP colleagues and now we're getting ready to get rid of migrants and the woke Germans not based in Walldorf or Rot. It's great for my career and wouldn't have been possible had someone from management not pointed me in that direction.
@dh Unfiltered will be hilarious, I am sure they will silently 'retire' some of the KPIs hahah
@f3 exactly! all forced, trying to sell it so hard but even the audience didn't resonate with that. The CTO position it is too big for PH, he was not ready.
@f3 All of Bill’s blinks were winks
I'm listening to the opening key note at sapphire. CK and Herzig and the ceo of jp morgan chase. all very nervous. ck tries to put enthusiasm in his words, but it all sounds very forced and artificial. anyone remembers the Bill's times?
HR is happy...
@cd - you are spot on!
I am keen to see the unfiltered scores this time. If it is more than 50% then there is no hope. Somehow it seems that management keeps doing a poor job and literally hates and belittles employees but they continue to su-k their boots and give high unfiltered scores. We’re doomed as a company and society.
I think 90% are not happy. They pretend to agree as that’s what usually work here. But true leadership is non-existent at SAP. Being a L1, L2, L3 doesn't mean you are a leader, it means someone else is protecting you and sponsoring you.
There are two classes at SAP. Management is the ruling class. Everyone else is cattle. Cattle can be laid off anytime. And the ruling class continues to get richer and richer.
Not happy but a large amount of employees are terrified and so they look happy, strongly agree to unfiltered and do whatever management tells them to do.
There is no leadership. There are floundering execs scrambling to preserve their income and wealth, but no leadership.
I've seen better, and I've seen worse.
