There’s no winning in this company when people choose snark over teamwork. Most people here are genuinely doing their best, and the real problem is the toxic attitude that this thread represents which drags everyone else down. Employees who thrive on negativity should be removed long before leaders who are actually trying to improve things.
It really shows how tone deaf these leaders are. Sending a slack message on a weekend is supposed to make us believe they actually care?
