OP is just d-mb. Smart station works but it’s an iPhone 5. AG is iPhone 17 plus. All the things you can do on SS now, you can access in AG. A few plus and minus along the way. SS lives inside AG. It’s not a new system. The plus is that Salesforce can use AI tools to help and a lot more things down the pipe. If you don’t understand AG, then your Branch Manager failed you.
Is that more of because it's just a change and requires a learning curve?
I work in WIM, but don't really touch AG and haven't been on SS in years.
I agree. Advisor client is like New Coke. They did absolutely nothing but put lipstick on a hog
