I see our $20 million leader is hiding behind the layoffs with a sentimental post on LinkedIn today. Meanwhile I’m spending Mother’s Day looking for jobs after being laid off… Also she’s clearly having an affair with Drew FWIW

Regardless of the appropriateness given the layoffs, I thought it was pretty grotesque to pi-p her father's death out to make herself look better. It oogs me out to watch people putting their private lives (and their family's) on display for social media algorithm feeding / PR vibes. Disgusting.
@bd @hs you have got to be kidding. Yes there were layoffs under MFN but it was usually related to acquired cultures not matching Centene. Not saying that was a picnic, but it was nothing like what we have now, with layoffs held in complete secrecy, making working life pure and utter he-l for the immediate survivors, while pretending everything is just fine and refusing to even acknowledge layoffs. And then on top of it, gaming the surveys so if you complain your immediate manager gets hit, and gaming the layoffs to keep from paying out severance or unemployment, while blatantly lying about it the entire time. You can't even come close to comparing the two. But you just keep drinking that kool-aid.

Yeah, Happy Mother’s Day, Sarah. For you. The rest of us have to be anxiety riddled just waiting for our career execution. We work so hard, take abuse from sups and managers, let known in 1:1s we don’t meet unattainable expectations. So sad. All some of us can think about this Mother’s Day.

Yeah, saw that too. And throngs of support from bootlickers are a great smokescreen for a post-bloodbath cleansing.
