Whenever this years anonymous survey comes out, let’s be honest and give bad ratings, no more good ratings just for sake of it

The supervisor dashboards don't name people but it's easy to infer. The questions are all set up to give positive replies or simply confirm a Y or N. Even the free text input is guided. They know what people gripe about and stay away from those things (e.g., performance assessments, comp).
The best signal you can give is quit, along with as many others in the same group as you can convince to quit. If it's just words, they will find a way to show we made progress on it next year.
The surveys are constructed to get the outcomes they want. There is not an option to express unhappiness with anything. No free text, etc. I never bother to respond.
Yes I trashed the surveys for several years. I was surporI ised when my manager told me well it seems you are not happy working for exxon. i asked what he meant by that and he just smiled. Later I was told by my friends I was singled out for telling the truth. My ranking was tanked ever since then. I was eventually pip tired.
They ain’t doing a survey this year as they know the results will be worst ever feedback. It’s amazing of how much we get gaslight; they are worried about a useless survey that gives you no real feedback
No survey this year
Definitely not anonymous, my supervisor one time read out her feedback and she had age groups and another identifying info.. if you are the only one in that group, they can figure it out. My HiPo manager this year has been talking to me in a very unprofessional way this year. I will be writing my heart out even at the cost of her knowing this.
@b6 EMIT is a joke, they couldn’t catch a cold
EMIT has the ability to track IP addresses to identify problems.
There is this annoying guy in our organization the classic “Mr. Know‑It‑All.” He never shuts up. In every group meeting, seminar, or forum, he has to say something. He lives to elaborate the WEAM results in section meeting. He’s also an extraordinary snitch. At lunch I joked that WEAM surveys are not anonymous, and my manager brought this up in my 1:1.
It was brought up in my assessment that I did NOT do the survey.
Nothing is anonymous.
@a2 yes but things for sure will get worse if we give good feedback
Honest? You know XOM pays people for lying and backstabbing, right?
It doesn't matter how much bad feedback they get, nothing will change
You still believe anything is anonymous? Bless your heart!
