If leaders had any common sense they would hit CX. Way too much dead weight on roles not generating revenue. Why have CS if they’re picking and choosing what customers to focus on. Money is leaking through poor adoption and CS should be held accountable. Leaders are so scared of LC they only report on the good and never the bad. Remove CS and expand renewal sellers jobs to help customers adopt and retain.
