People keep saying the cuts are done or will end soon. I've been here long enough to know they won't. This is just how we operate now.

Cuts have never been temporary and have been happening monthly for at least two decades.
The April layoffs and forced transitioning was the first wave. I forget what they called but the code name clearly identified it as such.
People should get sleep at night and on the weekends. You gotta relax. Your nervous system is hatwire right now.
All we can do is use to this prepare for next time the best we can.
