Go to sparq and go under career and learning on the right hand side.
Select “request feedback from colleagues.”
You can see who is on leave of absence paid and unpaid and everything. Wow. Good going that HR in India sharing all the personal details of people smh.

This is a non-issue and related to layoffs at all.
@OP Why is that an invasion of privacy? I'd imagine co workers know when you're on leave ...? Why does it matter whether or not it's paid or unpaid ?
