Whats the deal with the Anthropic partnership? How's its gonna be funded?

@ap came here to say the same: saving on severance to highly tenured employees who were promised these payouts and watched themselves be shifted to other companies within FIS or to Cognizant/Zensar. One departing employee did not receive the substantial lump sum that they were due. Instead FIS is paying out over the year (this employee met the maximum of fifty two weeks of severance), they will be paid their salary on the two week schedule over the next year. Does anyone think that Stephanie or Bob receive their bonuses this way? Or do they get their lump sum to do with as they please? Hmm? Conserve that cash for those luxury trips for senior leaders to Switzerland plus the one of their choice, all expenses paid.
@OP It will be funded in part by all of the severance F I S is not paying out. By transferring employees off the payroll and letting the contracting companies replace the tenured employees over time, they are saving a lot of money. Add to that the number of employees just leaving on their own. Simplify.
