More lay offs today in MM because of id--t KPIs. Long tenured employees that refuse to lie and cheat and meet them REGARDLESS OF ACTUAL PERFORMANCE OR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS. 50 percent of reps have now been fired or quit in past year because of how miserable the job is and because unqualified, incompetent managers are just driving them out in favor of clueless customer service people replacements at half the salary. Forward churn is inevitable because the id--t managers are unable to train the replacements.

Staples is gross
Staples contributing to the decline of the US economy while improving India's economy. Staples could be profitable with US associates but they can't figure out how to sell Staples products and services. They just keep moving the executive team members into new deck chairs instead of firing them and hiring people who know how to sell.

@18b It's the new Staples office in India. All US IT jobs are being replaced by Staples associates in India working India hours, not US hours. Good luck with that Staples! LOL!!!!
MJ's mandate is all IT jobs not tied to the physical support of a building are moving to India. Full stop. Not only that, you MUST be happy about training your replacement. SDS leadership are arrogant and cruel. This will be a disaster for Staples and I couldn't be happier for the headaches coming the leadership's way. I feel bad for the collateral damage of the Americans. Company loyalty and respect goes only one-way. They demand it from you but you can't expect it from them.

Every hire is a GCC hire these days. Cheap labor, long working hours at a fraction of US salary. Some GCC employees stay until their early morning.
4 to 7 years Senior Engineer GCC salary is around $16K per annum.

@OP I overheard a hallway conversation where it was said SDS leadership is pushing for five days in the office. This is because the GCC is a five day shop and Framingham needs to up it production.
@OP there are ZERO engineering jobs available in the US. GCC will decimate work and workers in Framingham. So sad.
