Have you considered this is more than likely not JUST AI? Like maybe the Iran war has more to do with this than AI?

I work with this stuff every day. It's super helpful when pointed in the right direction and used properly. Otherwise it chews through your AI tokens, hallucinates, and is pretty terrible at recognizing formatting limitations on presentation ready documents. The new most relevant skill to have is being a competent AI operator who can use these tools to speed up work. You still need to have the business and domain knowledge to know when/how to use it.

not sure why getting downvotes. this is so true. what is coming is a tsunami..not minimizing today at all, but facts are this is going to be the white collar normal for years.
