These "so called thieves" are actually doing us a favo. They are eliminating cable recovery costs thus creating a financial benefit to at&t.

While we are on the subject of thieves, there are some serious repeat offenders known as Stank and his DRS. They have been mismanaging and robbing T blind for years, with no end insight.
