@pn Just wait until the losses from Brookhaven start rolling in. After that we will see sub $1 unless they have something massive hidden. Maybe send another thousand or 2 jobs overseas. That should buy about another few weeks before bankruptcy gets declared. Clown show.

YUP and the fact that we STILL have ID--TS working here who think these guys know what they are doing is mind boggling. The proof is in the pudding here folks and you should know by now that there never was a real plan or path forward. Every regime since 2015 has been winging it and failing poorly!

Markets are ripping and this hit $1.16. Pathetic. How many more jobs are being sent to India and Jamaica after this. Still won't save this pig. Mobile and Lighpath are the only things keeping this pile of trash from hitting pennies right now.
I had been in the Suddenlink footprint for 15 years when PD and his clowns took over day today operations in December of 2015. We all said then the company wouldn’t last 10 years. Well it’s lasted 10.5 so far but I don’t see it making it very far into 2027. They paid me to leave last year and it was the best thing they could have done. I feel bad for those still stuck in that embarrassing company.
@cj reason he still has a job is - who can PD helicopter in to save this place ? Who would take the job ? Dennis the menace is like the captain of the titanic. PD doesn’t really care anymore anyway. After Portugal , he can’t make any moves, and already took all the money he could get. This place is in hospice and ready to pass. Dennis the menace blamed the employees for all the problems, and fired almost all of them. Sad.

Total bloodbath. As I mentioned before, no amount of layoffs and outsourcing is going to save this pig. What was once a respected place to work, has turned into a total disgrace. Takeover or bankruptcy coming soon. They could layoff half the remaining workforce and it still wouldn't make a dent. Altice should have never been allowed to purchase cablevision. Dolan probably rolling in his grave from what they did to his company.
Fios rolling out in Brookhaven is the final nail in the coffin. Even if only a small percentage actually swap service in the short term. This company is absolutely fu---d.
Would love to know how the Leadership spins this earnings report to the rank and file.
Not sure what upside institutional investors hope to see. OPTU couldn’t even hit the soft targets for Q1. No real capital available to invest/grow much. Can keep cutting internal headcount to prop up numbers but that only takes you so far. Better polish up those resumes, the job market is brutal right now.
@cj+1 I have said from day one ten years ago this bunch doesn’t know how to run a lemonade stand. None of them have any accomplishments to speak of, in fact quite the opposite. The entire executive group is comprised of failures from other MSO’s/Telcoms that left a train wreck a mile long when they exited their last job and landed here. At this point I’m sure exit packages are being negotiated for the executive group for when the days arrives and they announce the end to this dumpster fire of a freak circus.

Ever since current CEO took over, revenues, subscribers, and the stock all have dropped...every quarter. Amazing he still has a job. Just amazing. That he preaches both internally and externally about business, how to build a team, etc. is just laughable...laughable...
