Less and less every year. The company was hijaked by indian agenda years ago
@dd I said the same for 21 years, but was just offered a position that pays more, has much cheaper benefits and they are giving me 4 weeks of vacation from the start. I can't wait to give my notice and see the look on their faces

@ag spot on with the open a ticket and wait. They use incorrect dates when I submit a ticket. they don't read notes. half the time the form doesn't work or populate correctly. they cancel a ticket and say it is out of their scope.
I am giving my notice in a few weeks. they will have to figure out who will process position changes for 6 zones.

Here. Barely hanging on. There are so few of us left and everything takes forever. It was bad before. Really fcking bad. Now it’s, submit a ticket, wait 30 days, open a ticket to escalate the ticket, wait 30 more days, escalate again, repeat until death. What the fck kind of workflow is that? And maybe if support wasn’t living 12 hours ahead, we wouldn’t be stuck in this endless loop of nonsense. I’m so over this sh*t.
