At the risk of the endless comments of, 'There is no merit', 'get back to work', etc. etc.
Does anyone know when merit will be announced this year? Two years ago was for June 1, last year I think it was end of June....any insight?

@gp OP here, thank you for clarifying....sounds like it was on or the other....incentive comp stinks being tied up to the stock and three years...awful
People manager here. If you were eligible for incentive bonus, by default you were considered not eligible for merit increase. They dangled a carrot saying "those identified as performing exceptionally well may receive a merit increase as well". Shocker, didn't see any occurrences of that across my entire department.
Those not eligible for incentive increase received a merit increase.
Consider it already past and done, wrapped up. No merit increase for almost everyone grade 11 and up.
They just aren’t give it, more junior folks already received merit, if you have not gotten an increase, you won’t.
Dates are usually attained through mutual emotional / physical attraction as opposed to merit…
What merit? Headline CPI-U inflation was 3.26 percent. If you are getting anything less than that, you are getting a pay cut.
@OP wow I can’t believe you weren’t told about merit. If that conversation hasn’t happen then sorry you’re not getting one…
Please talk with your manager. They know that Incentive Elligible associates did not qualify for a merit increase due to the existence of a potential retention bonus and normal bonus this year.
Merit was done in March and awarded mid April if you got a pay bump
