@4bc tell me. what happens? im also fairly new and only 2 weeks on the salesfloor
3 months I give you a lot of credit. I’ve seen new reps after a few days go to lunch and never return. With the layers and layers of management that’s in VCG you would think they would go to a more customer based compensation for the reps. It’s tough job everyday dealing with people that come in with issues no rep can truly fix .You can’t believe what happens in the stores everyday, someone should write a book.
@a3 swear ! tienes que ser 🟢GO
The abuse the front line gets from store managers with constant micromanaging and the customers being just plain nasty will drive any new rep in saying “ What did I sign up for “! I could write a book of the nonsense that happens in the stores everyday, and most people that don’t frequent them would never believe it anyway.
IMHO, retail is a dying buisness. Its better to buy things on the internet. Im sure they know this, and it doesnt feel so good.
Trash job... run.
managers force reps to lie to customers is a frequent thing
Sounds normal to me.
@OP, this must be your first retail sales job. There’s always this feeling, especially when performance isn’t good, in any retail sales corporation you work at. Relax, you’ll be fine.
