Concerned in the BH UM arena for coming layoffs. Not enough work to keep all of us at normal productivity with current loss in Marketplace.

@gr same here. Layoffs have do be reported as involuntary termination when applying for other jobs. Even thought it’s not necessarily performance-based, it can really make things even more difficult.
The big one is coming.
