Part of my team was put under a new manager, and the other half was put under a different manager. Each manager has a specialty so it made sense and, we are all happy with the reorg tbh.. I think it was partially do to evening out directs and also putting people under those who made sense, rather than just shoving a bunch of people under a manager who has no fkng idea what their directs do

@OP Rest assured that whatever decisions or reorgs leadership makes, it is in an effort to push more people out. It is not in an effort to increase productivity. They do not care. Leadership at Dell is useless.
