for those that have reorg announced today , do you know what is causing it?

Yes, they are trying to pay for any productivity tool by getting rid of people.
Reorg is to offset the hundreds of millions Dell paid oracle for their one size fits no one ODW solution.

Part of my team was put under a new manager, and the other half was put under a different manager. Each manager has a specialty so it made sense and, we are all happy with the reorg tbh.. I think it was partially do to evening out directs and also putting people under those who made sense, rather than just shoving a bunch of people under a manager who has no fkng idea what their directs do
REORG is to pay for Clarke $130 million performance bonus. Bye Bye!!!

@OP Rest assured that whatever decisions or reorgs leadership makes, it is in an effort to push more people out. It is not in an effort to increase productivity. They do not care. Leadership at Dell is useless.
