Settle down P4’s - no one cares about what you were prior to be being demoted from a “manager” position which you probably still hold dearly to your blessed heart. You are nothing more than a glorified wanna be. P5’s with no reports stop pretending the Executive Director role means something. You are executive directing yourself. Please lord let me be let go on the next few weeks.

@qb you must be new here or a troll if you think people on this site lie. This is the only place you will find truth.
Do P4 lead software engineers need to give 1 month notice?
I’d like to know what departments you all work in because one person claimed they’re a p2 making about 200k. I know P3s and P4s who don’t make that. I feel there’s a lot of bs here with salary talk. Based on how some of these people comment they come across young, inexperienced and many uneducated so again, stop with the bs.
bet @OP is enjoying reading about all these salaries (not)
@df actually I think P5s require 60 day notice
Wow, rich people problems. I would love to have a P2 position!
It’s embarrassing how many P5s are f@@king clueless.
@df dafuq? I’m a p4 and make way more than that. Still no Rsu though.
P5 $155k, no direct reports, no RSU’s… and expected to give 30days notice…
@cs I’m P0 and make 300K
what is p4?
Forget the P's I'm just passed off!
This is d-mb. Don’t get caught up in levels. No one has any power below the C-suite. We all sit in rando cubes with cameras on us while they review how many clicks we make on a keyboard.
I'm a P1 and make 299.
They had to keep it under 300
I'm a P2 and make $250k
@a2
Actually I am a P5 with no reports and sit near a P4 that talks about how they were a manager. So there’s that!
I’m a P3 and make 200k roughly.
lemme guess: @OP is a P3.
