With this auto schedule program if you don't have 100% open availability you won't be scheduled because TLs aren't able to adjust it at all and our store was told today by TMS that full time hours are now 30 instead of the 36 we were getting looks like we will all be losing benefits as well since 30 hours isn't considered full time

Getting closing shifts until 1030, then getting scheduled for opening at 5am isn't fun. Thanks Whole Foods
I work with one of the many favorite tms in my store. My schedule is over the place. Where as the favorite's is just tweaked a little bit.
that "open availability cr-p" is so when summer kicks in and sales slow down they can not rehire labor that was lost over the spring,,,they want to fill holes in the schedule for the "business needs" with bad schedules for everybody...
We have too many friends and family in leadership. Trim all that excess fat off and they won't have to cut workers hours.
