Instead, I just keep my resume fresh and my savings padded. Whenever it happens, I'll be ready. Been feeling much better, to be honest, since I adopted this approach.

Continue to fight the fight and squeeze every penny out of this cheap company as you can. It’s sinking like the titanic and many will perish
Even if you take that approach still hurts after the years and blood sweat and tears invested. It is good advice though. This company and people is higher roles are the WORST. Can’t even call them leaders and they are fake news and not good people in general.
