@a9 is this they are notified they are impacted or they have to let someone go?
@ac The best way to lose a ton of customers is to have a foreign call center with thick accents.
@ac except some are doing the needful and others actually put in effort
Call center representatives should ,be laid off. They very expensive compared to off shore reps. They both do the same thing.

I believe senior leaders were expected to be notified today, everyone else will be Thursday
From what I've heard, some leaders are being notified before Thursday. Non-leaders/frontline are expected to be notified on Thursday. No internal communication about expected layoffs, who will likely be affected, or even estimated numbers. However, there is a major push to catalogue work and impact weekly for non-frontline individual contributors. The same push that came before last year's 15,000 layoff notice.
Can you please provide more information?
