12 months waiting after RIF.. still no ups box.
@103 No they are yours to keep. I use mine with my new job even though they supplied me with 2 as well.
Sit tight in a few months boxes will appear. You just return the laptop the monitors are yours to keep and hang onto the docking station its a good one.
What about monitors? Does anyone know/have experience if we return those too?
run it over with your car and say somebody broke in your home and stole it. what can they do about it?
@OP you were provided with all the info in your RIF documents, along with a number to call.
I got the box a week after my last day. Your manager requests the box as part of the offboard checklist. If not, they did not do their job and have already forgotten about you.

At this point you have the seperation package. I would just keep the laptop someplace until they ask for it back. It is not your job to chase them down. It was your manager's job to request the box.
Your manager should submit request to return equipment, you will receive ups box, you put into box and send it to near ups.
I think if you get going fast enough on Hwy 62, you could probably yeet the laptop all the way to HQ.
It took 2-3 months for me to get the boxes to return equipment. They take forever…
