The problem is not enough people want to buy the shoes to sustain a higher stock price. There could be a lot of reasons for this but it is not a pk/eh personality thing, it's not a whq culture thing, it's not a rto thing. There are more choices than ever and people are less inclined to buy shoes with swooshes on them so nike makes less money. Its as simple as that.
