I don’t think CRLTC is doing too well. Does anyone else have suspicions that they will have more layoffs coming? Smartsource hasn’t had a layoff since 2023 and with all of the hiring freezes and layoffs in other departments, I wonder if Smartsource is next

@2rv he's like a wrecking ball. Whatever unstuffiness he is showing you is to get your guard down. He's here to make cuts. That's what he did at Ascension and what he's done here so far in other departments.
@2xz he restructured CLTC about a year ago . Smartsource wasn’t included in that, but I really do think Smartsource is next.
@2rv is Tim restructuring the CRLTC or SmartSource teams?
@2n1 just like anyone that is newly coming into a big position in leadership, his restructuring is just his way of securing his job for a bit to make it look like he is saving the company money and doing his job. I honestly don’t have any complaints about him because he is just doing what he is supposed to do. When I have been on meetings with him he was actually pretty cool and personable not some stuffy person we have been used to. Unfortunately, though I think there is a massive disconnect between his position and Smartsource. He doesn’t seem to know anything about that side of the business, and all of the issues within that division are all hidden from him by the people over Smartsource. If he knew a quarter of what is going on with Smartsource behind the scenes, I don’t think he would be happy. He just sees the numbers but not the reason why the numbers are the way they are. Which is unfortunate because the terrible leaders in Smartsource are to blame for those numbers.
What is the consensus on Tim?
@re frank
@n9 who is the SVP of Smartsource?
@gn their svp is a snake. Very bad leader.
Strictly IMHO, don't trust anything from their SVP.
