T is a large corporation where mot everyone knows execs outside if their org. Tell me which execs need to go and why. I would be really interested in everyone's perspective.

I'm a SEVP, I don't get it.....we was told we was safe, what gives?
Anyone who was around before iPhone 10 should be gone. It’s a different tech world grannies and grampies

Anyone who is an AVP, reporting to a VP, reporting to an SVP, reporting to an EVP, reporting to an SEVP
OR any combination of the above should really consider leaving or being let go. If there are more than 2 titles than end in “VP” in a reporting chain, then someone in that chain needs to be let go ASAP…..
OR anyone who has been with the company 20+ years and is Level 4+, they should go….. (loyalty is a thing of the past)
OR lastly, any leader who uses the words “exception”, “exemption”, “escalation” is not a right fit for ‘’market based culture” and should also leave the company….
I don’t know the exec’s in my org. They churn them constantly and it doesn’t make a difference so I don’t bother keeping up.
The ones up the line the higher up the line keeps recycling and the end results are the same. NOTHING!
The ones who see it black and white. Everyone treated the same (lowest common denominator) regardless of circumstances or merit. Those types. The thinking that all should be punished for some bad actors. The type of thinking you see from kindergarten teachers dealing with unruly kids on your drill sergeant in boot camp in the 70s.
