Massive earnings report on the way - lots of new customers, strategic partnerships , return to growth and hiring !

@140 yeah, just wait til it breaks below 20 by opening bell tomorrow
If there are any surprises tomorrow it is more likely to come from the earnings per share figure or the Q4 and fiscal year 2027 guidance rather than the revenue total itself. There will be no surprise growth. Expect a lot of BS talk about the OpenText Aviator AI platform from Ayman. I’m ready with my OT BS bingo card.
@ya any day that ends with a “y”
May 7 - be ready, more layoff ??
@xv this site is therapy for disgruntled employees and people laid off.
@kz THIS! The SEC would laugh at this site. Full stop.

Trust me bro
@bs
why not both?
Anyone that would buy or sell stock based on what is posted here needs to have their examined. This site is for layoff info and employee seniment. And company info should be taken with a grain of salt. No real insiders are posting here or reading this site.
@fw
You should swallow a handful of mangets
@fv WTF does that have to do with this?
You apparently are infected with severe TDS. Seek treatment.
@ef This is where you report suspected violations to the SEC:
https://www.sec.gov/submit-tip-or-complaint
These posts allegedly even pretending to report results before the official release, are definitely illegal, insider or not.
@ef is right here.
If it is material enough to warrant a case, all the SEC has to do is hit TheLayoff.com with a warrant and they will start serving up IP addresses. Nothing is anonymous particularly if the SEC has a warrant.
The other posters are right re: SEC Insider trading..you may have had a borderline case until you mentioned a specific number. Whether or not that is actually accurate (highly unlikely)..will be irelevent.
Though you are probably not an insider ...you clearly are trying to pump the stock.
You may want to do some research...this guy wasn't an insider either.

yeah, troll or criminally stupid. I expect it's the former.
18% y/y growth. OpenText is growing leaps and bounds and all before AA came on board. With him now guiding the ship, the sky is the limit. Time to buy shares if you want to make the big bucks !!!
This brilliant mind writes articles for seekingalpha now
This is all nonsense - we’ll know the truth by this time next week.
shut the f. up you stock pumping piece of garbage.
The SEC may be interested in this. If it is true, there are legal implications.
Yes, this AI slop, but it is correct:
Revealing privileged, material nonpublic information (insider information) regarding publicly traded companies can result in severe penalties, including up to 20 years in federal prison, criminal fines up to $5 million for individuals ($25 million for entities), and civil penalties of up to three times the profit gained or loss avoided. The SEC may also impose injunctions and bans on serving as an officer or director.
If this clown actually knows anything, they will be fired for revealing privileged information, which is a big deal for publicly traded companies.
Most likely they are just a corporate simp.
@OP you must be of the same lineage of bots that used to heart react every announcement from Mark++. Don't take to heart what Ayman said about "su-king up works."
@OP great news thanks for sharing, let's go OT👍👍
