Heard the package has been cut to 12 months in SG. That's something definitely will not help the morale. The longer you have worked, the less severance package you will get when it comes.
Your loyalty does not really mean anything here.

Severance is 1 week paid for every year worked in the US for regular employees.
How about for all those execs that got the axe? Anyone know?
You would have to be a complete id--t to think that Seagate management would show loyalty to anybody.Loyalty isn't in their vocabulary.
