@s6 Well, they will get in trouble if they ever get caught.

Unfortunately, they are not worried about if they figure there is no way anyone will find out.

Integrity is not doing the wrong thing even if nobody is around to catch you.

People who do not have this integrity have no morale compass. Which makes them no better than a thug, a reprobate.
