@q2 Capitalism has nothing to do with it.
Capitalism isn't a moral code. it's an economic system. You think the same people doing these these things in capitalism aren't the same people who rise to the top in socialism and round people up and stuff them in the gulags?
@vw for the love of Money! Totally agree if selling everything off and starting a crypto currency company would be more profitable, the board would do that. It not about rallying around the products, if you want that you are working for the wrong tech company.
@t4 Are you completely unaware that none of this is to improve the company, but only to improve the share price or the ability to sell the company? Are you really that naive?
C-level and HR are targeting the wrong things... RTO WILL NOT fix any of downhill business...
RTO seems like a solution for efficient collaboration, but it's wrong, totally wrong. They thought the downhill business is due to slack employees.. No, it's not. I admit that there are many slack employees but they are not the cause. The wrong business model is.
Stop punish employees, C-level and HR. Give more grace and treatment, people will start working harder and harder... trust me..
@ab Because capitalism
@ab if mo--ns can be successful running R&D then AI bot can replace the mo--ns.
@a4 do you know why?
Yes, the ones I am aware of will be missed because they had deep product knowledge that will not be recovered. The replacements are total mo--ns, and the product, that was previously mortally injured by OTEX, will surely die faster.
Smooth move OTEX.
which group?
Damn.. About how many? 5? more than 10?
Very sorry to hear this. Where in the US? Wondering if office based or remote.
