@cp with RTO I drop off my laptop at the office at 5AM, connected to LAN logging hours while I’m back at home walking the dog, running errands, watching TV whatever it may be. Then I go back around 1PM to collect my laptop and go back home again. I log a perfect 8-9 hours on the report each day while doing absolutely nothing, and no one questions a thing because the report says I’m 100% and that’s the only metric being measured these days. Productivity and results do not matter. Just badge swipes and hours.
With RTO, I can't take my dog for long walks.

I drastically cut my hours back so my hourly pay may have gone up.
I also changed wireless phone plans to another company that was more economical to fund my gas bill.
