I am/was an advocate working out of WC contact center and was laid off due to chat bot talking over my job. The bot is terrible, it can't answer sh-t. It's designed to frustrate people into losing patience and hanging up. A lot of folks in our building are nervous and this is taking a toll on everyone's physical and mental health.
@eq how did you know!? Since you have a crystal ball pls tell us the exact RIF details please.. once again I am a Sr. VP, not only we had no RIFs, we are hiring.

Welp! I was definitely let go yesterday. Almost 10 years with the company next week I got two weeks to find an internal job.
One of my coworkers reached out yesterday to let me know he had been laid off. So yes it happened, we just never know how widespread because they keep it so quiet.

Optum insight provider services had several directors and middle managers laid off. All US based.
