I have seen several posts today from people who say they are leaving Verizon. Is this VSP or something else?

Seen a farewell post today from a retail store manager.
To the best of my knowledge, the layoff this time around is NOT a VSP
Want or need 10,000 off the payroll offer a package to the craft. Don't allow the Union's to limit the surplus and how many can leave. There honestly would be no one left to file a grievance.
