What is IS? Also Optumserve is protected from offshoring because of govt contracts . Is IT impacted?
Optum Serve IS planned for May & July (2 rounds). More may be RIFd after July - tbd. It’s strategic & timing critical due to contracts & timelines of capabilities. 30% FTE reduction planned. If you’re over 45, expect the unexpected. You’re on the RIF list & will be determined when to let you go.
