Any update on Ambetter LOB layoffs since the financial call today? My team isn’t meeting productivity and our census is terribly low.

@OP I was laid off 30 minutes ago from Ambetter UM. What a kick to the gut. I was also part of the layoffs from October 2024.
@OP yes our team isn’t meeting productivity either and our census is super low. By 9am everyone is asking others for work. Everyone is caught up on initials and continued stays.

@k9 the only states keeping ambetter in business is probably florida and/or texas everybody and they mamas wants some their work to stay afloat
Our bootlicker “Leader” still is harping about PEGA and production. Umm…there are no members left, genius.
Morale has been awful at Ambetter for a while now. I’m sure the staffing cuts are coming.
