@15d gotta love bachelors degreed leaders with an ego. and now strategy w no clinical experience. fun times for people doing the work with emrs and data leaders admit are filled w errors.
@a1 new "strategy " people are a joke! They don't know the business and some are already leaving after being hired. Firing nurses and brining in some of the d-mbest people is absurd. Flipping this place upside down and into the ground. However I am glad one director is now gone! She was a hot mess express and brought everyone around her down even though she thought she was the best thing ever. She will not be missed!
Our nurses will be!
@g8 correct. it has always been about exploiting poor old minority patients adding diagnosis and tests that they wont challenge. right now no one even knows how to teach the staff who remain. but hey they made 1.2 billion last quarter while the other grandmas get handed a list of resources for help.
Unfortunately Centerwell does not care. RNs are expensive and all the c suite is concerned with is profit. Obviously this is not right, but taking care of peoples health care needs is not a top priority. Everyone is expendable. Including doctors, nurses, PAs and NPs
Humana doesn’t care as long as they save a buck to pay CEO millions.
@a1 for sure. then they will bring in vendors or telephonic nonclinical
Random they are…and strategy is causing mass confusion with staff & wouldnt be surprised if 50 percent of the new associates are gone in 3 months.
