Does anyone know how much Houston P66 traders get paid for total comp of base and trader bonus?

Heard they are paid under market. And the work life balance is materially worse than other companies.
It probably depends on how good of a trader you are. There is a wide range for bonus...depending on your commodity and your book. Based on what I have seen, I don't think traders are hurting for cash.
