maybe you need an addadicktome. It seems alot of snowflakes on this site need that operation.
@gn One snafu I am alre6aware of is any comments put in time off requests are viewable by everyone. If you request time off for a Dr. appointment the comment field is mandatory. So unless they change something, everyone will know about my irritable bowel syndrome and hemmeroid surgery, which is probably a HIPPA violation.
please post an ongoing list of bugs/snafus here so we all can reap in the pleasure of seeing it fail. Some of us got the boot before this went live.
Leadership has a plan. It's to get rid of people. Managers get their orders from the top. Employees are caught in the middle where they can't understand what the heck is going on. This will keep on happening until leadership meets their goals. Until then, we continue.
Here's an idea. Why don't we start with letting go the incompetent and inept leadership clowns who created this CF mess? Let's try that shall we?
Higher up executives are banking on this working with the effect of getting rid of people. They have bonuses based on this. They love it. Meanwhile, the rest of the people will get let go. It won't be good for employees. I am hoping I am wrong.
Less employees will be the result. They tell people prepare, big changes, etc etc.
Not excited, but looking forward to seeing how it's going to turn out. Regardless if it's a success or failure, Jeff will ensure it looks good on investors eyes.
