The reality is both shareholders and employees suffer except e command senior leaders. They got their bonus and whatever extra pay simply by playing with the system. Literally they take money from shareholders pockets and squeeze employees.
The new update I heard is our OU will not have salary adjustment for next year because company is not doing well. They previously played it as no one can get the highest rating. Now they claim company is not doing well . But again I'm pretty sure GM and his friends will continue to find excuses to get those crazy salary raise no matter how MDT does
