Outside of now being a toxic place to work, has anyone come across a mgr or VP that should be reported to HR?

MH likes to showcase his hand full of blacks, while supporting the unspoken piece ( do not forget he got rid of DEI faster than you can blink)
HE reps are now better know. as the “SS” solution specialist. lol. don’t believe this was a coincidence!
think about Cengage and MH when you watch this : https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1E9WH2kjDn/?mibextid=wwXIfr
Do not trust your manager if you ever find yourself just short of bonus. Keep all receipts and paper trails because they will not fight for you. I had to call the institutions. To get the PO etc. even though sale was in Salesforce. Cengage is crooked.
Im not at cengage anymore (the grass is def greener after a few years there) but did go to HR for a few issues experienced by my VP and GM. While the HR person gave the tone they were protecting the company, some of the documented violations created a potential legal risk for Cengage. Both that VP and GM were exited last year. Not sure if our group of complaints may have contributed to them leaving or not. If you have an issue to raise, have documentation and proof. Be unemotional.
@d0 how can we look him up? Give us some more details.
There was an ET member that allegedly fired a woman for “not being around” during maternity leave.
I used to work with an alcoholic Director who seemed intoxicated much of the working day. His default mode was verbally abusive. He also liked to get blackout drunk at conferences and harass female coworkers. He went on like this until Cengage was forced to fire him for getting into a drunk driving accident on company time. He works for a competitor now. Look him up.
HR protects the company, not the people. If violations exist, going to HR would only hurt the one reporting it. Su-ks but that’s pretty much everywhere, and this regime is see in the koolaid.
