Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Does any of our systems actually work anymore

All of our systems are breaking down or don’t work anymore; career connect went from useful to a piece of cr-p, our recognition program lost all the points, the pay system that doesn’t allow you to get clear how much you got paid… it’s all on a downward spiral. Am I wrong? This is brothers Darren’s leadership and it’s going to bite

This is one of the main things made be retire early. None of systems had a real point of contact to resolve issues. They got rid of the administrative assistants that were great and quick at fixing issues.

It’s the pds and a “look” of cost savings that in reality is tiger bucks. No way these people run their own homes this way. The thing is frustrating is you have the wrong people as LT in so

Our company is now led by followers.

There is no incentive for any of our “leaders” to push back on any bad ideas.

They were chosen for those positions because they assumed the position.
