For too long useless management employees have been su-kling the te-t of AT&T, fattening themselves off of the milk of other’s labor. Let the layoffs begin so we can maximize revenue per employee and become a market based culture where you have to compete for your position and earnings in the company.

@cs we need to start with surplussing all of the bootlicker sycophants who think their job is validated by simply showing up at an office. Then they’ll really see how little the company cares for them and realize how stupid they are for carrying stinkys water. It’s pathetic.
My team could do what we do with a 30-40% reduction. No question. We need to trim across the board.

That would really give them something to complain about.
And then they could really enjoy the creature comforts of home.

This should start at the very top -- BoD needs to be completely overturned, and then C-Suite. When you have new and real leaders in place, then they can start the selection down.

Pretty sure this describes most union guys. Let me correct your “management” title. What you really mean is office workers because we don’t manage anyone or anything.
@OP Let me correct your thinking just a little bit - you stated "maximize revenue by EMPLOYEE" is incorrect. You need to start saying - "maximize revenue by AI AGENTS".
Another words, you as an employee (human) will also be affected. Good luck scraping those pennies from under the sofa cushion seat. Hope it will be enough to feed your family. Good Luck!
